With the latest developments in generative artificial intelligence and large language model applications such as ChatGPT and Gemini, millions of people have started using these tools in their personal and professional lives. This book cuts through the jargon to explain the what, why, and how of generative AI and LLM applications.
The volume brings together scientifically grounded experience reports from different perspectives and includes global case studies, future trends, technical foundations, literature reviews, and key issues related to trust, legality, security, and education.
It will appeal to students, academics, and professionals interested in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.
AHFE conference proceedings are published in multi-volume, edited, open-access books and submitted for indexing to digital libraries and other repositories. All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.
